Shikshana Prasarak Samiti popularly known as SPSamiti is imparting the Education in Siddapur taluk of Uttara Kannada District.
Shikshana Prasarak Samiti, is a brain child of Shri Ganesh Hegde Dodmane, a Freedom Fighter, Philanthropist and Shri Ramakrishna Hegde, dodmane, former Chief Minister of Karnataka.
And their associates, It was founded in the year 1953 with the noble idea to provide education to the students coming from poor Socio Economic strata of Siddapur. taluk Shri Ganesh Hegde Dodmane was a founder president of Shikshana Prasarak Samiti.
Since its Inception Shikshana Prasarak Samiti emerged as one of the major institutions providing education from Pre Primary level to Higher Education level and Medical Education in Ayurveda.
Now the Samiti is running under the leadership of Shri Vinayakrao G Hegde, the Chairman and Dr.Shashibhushan Hegde, the Vice Chairman implementing innovative technologies and providing modern infrastructure to the institutions of the Samiti and bringing glory to the next level.
