A statesman behind the Samiti
Hon. Ramakrishna Hegde, former Chief Minister of Karnataka and younger brother of Shri Ganesh Hegde Dodmane, is the inspiration behind the growth of Shikshana Prasarak Samiti. Shri Ganesh Hegde's vision and ideas became reality with his support.
As an intellectual and a statesman, Shri Ramakrishna Hegde stood firmly behind the Samiti's progress. The Samiti remembers his contribution every year on his birth anniversary, 28 August, with programmes organised by the Ramakrishna Hegde Chirantana Foundation.
